I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email, we recommend checking your SPAM or junk mail folder. It might have been delivered there.

ARE THE ITEMS YOU SELL NEW?

Absolutely! All items we sell are new and come with tags. Outlet products are leftover stock from previous collections or physical stores.

ORDER DELIVERY TIMES?

Regarding delivery times, your order will typically be handed over to the courier within 2 business days of purchase and usually takes 1-4 business days to reach its destination, barring any unforeseen issues with the courier.

HOW CAN I PROCESS A RETURN?

To request a return, follow these simple steps:

  • Click on "Request Return" in the bottom menu of the website page
  • Select the order you wish to return
  • Choose the items to return and state the reason for the return
  • Confirm the request

Once the request is approved, you will receive a return label via email to print and apply to the sealed package. You can then drop off the package at any post office.

Remember: you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

THE COST OF THE RETURN?

Return shipping is at the customer's expense through our "Easy Label" Service: we will send you a prepaid label ready to print, and the cost will be directly deducted from the final refund. The fee includes shipping and return handling costs.

  • Italy: €7.99 — if you have already paid for outbound shipping, the discounted rate is €4.99
  • Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia: €9.99 — if you have already paid for outbound shipping, the discounted rate is €6.99

The discounted rate applies automatically if you did not benefit from free shipping at the time of your order.

If you prefer to ship with a courier of your choice, please indicate this in the notes of your return request: in this case, you will receive a full refund.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE SIZE OR PRODUCT?

Currently, we do not offer a direct exchange service. However, you can easily get the desired size or product by following these steps:

  • Request a return for the item you wish to exchange by following the standard procedure
  • Once the return is processed, you will receive your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Place a new order for the size or product you desire

This way, you will be sure to receive exactly what you want and can take advantage of any active promotions at the time of the new order.

Tip: To avoid delays, you can place the new order immediately after requesting the return, so you will receive the new item faster!
