RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date of order receipt, without needing to provide reasons.

How to Request a Return To initiate the process, go to the "Request Return" section in the bottom menu of the website and select the order you wish to return. Follow the instructions to complete the request.

Await our approval email: once the request is verified, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.

"Easy Label" Service Costs We use a prepaid label system to make your life easier. The cost of return shipping will be deducted directly from your final refund. The fee includes shipping and return handling costs.

  • Italy (standard rate): €7.99 — if you have already paid for outbound shipping, the discounted rate is €4.99
  • Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia (standard rate): €9.99 — if you have already paid for outbound shipping, the discounted rate is €6.99

The discounted rate applies automatically if you paid for shipping on your original order (i.e., if you did not benefit from free shipping).

Want to ship independently? If you prefer to use the courier or postal service of your choice, indicate this in the notes of the return request. You will receive the shipping address via email and, once the return is approved, a full refund of the value of the returned items.

Note on Responsibility In case of independent shipping, the shipping and responsibility for the goods remain exclusively with the customer until actual receipt at our warehouse. ErregiModaBimbo.it is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delays in the delivery of returned parcels.

Product Conditions Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached, and free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear and swimwear if the hygienic protection has been removed. All other items, including sale items, are returnable.

Refund Time and Method Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The refunded amount will be equal to the price of the item, minus the cost of the "Easy Label" Service if requested.

Damaged or Defective Items If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at assistenza@erregimodabimbo.it with photos of the product. We will resolve the issue at our expense.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Returns for Europe (European Union)

For orders shipped to European Union countries (excluding Italy), the "Easy Label" service is not available.

Independent Shipping: If you reside in an EU country, you will need to arrange the return shipment independently via a courier or postal service of your choice.

Costs: Shipping costs for returns are entirely borne by the customer. Procedure: Access the "Request Return" section on the website. Once the request is approved, you will receive our warehouse address via email to proceed with the shipment.

Responsibility: We recommend using a trackable service. Responsibility for the goods remains with the customer until receipt at our warehouses; Erregi Moda Bimbo is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

Refund: Once the return is approved, you will receive a full refund of the value of the returned items to the original payment method.
