Return Policy

If, once the goods have been received, the customer is not satisfied, ERREGIMODABIMBO allows the return of the purchased item within 14 days from the date of receipt .

ErreGiModaBimbo will not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (unless it is a defect). If you wish to return the items, you must not remove the label.

Upon receipt of the package, we recommend checking that the seal is intact; otherwise, please accept the delivery by signing the receipt to the courier and specifying the phrase " I ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION ".

Upon arrival of the goods in our warehouses, they will be checked and if compliant, we will create a credit of the same amount for the returned items for a further subsequent order.

RETURN WITH SHIPPING AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE : the customer is responsible for shipping the goods to the following address: ERREGI Via Udine, 26/a, Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) 33054, indicating name and surname or order number in the shipping notes.

It is not possible to deliver or replace the return in the physical store as they are separate managements.
